OneSuite Dental (“OneSuite Dental,” “we,” “us”) is a done-for-you marketing studio for dental practices, operated as a GCMM company in Bronx, New York. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website. It does not cover information your patients submit on websites we build and run for your practice — that data belongs to you and is governed by your own privacy notice and, where applicable, our Business Associate Agreement.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect the name, practice name, email, phone and any message you provide.
- Basic usage data. Like most websites, our servers may log standard request data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and working.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, patient health information through the forms on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free audit.
- To send the plan and follow-ups you asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is never shared except with the service providers who help us run our business (for example, our email delivery provider), and only to the extent needed to do that work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and to keep records of our communications, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
